📦 Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver, and how long does shipping take?
We deliver globally to most countries (excluding a few remote areas in Asia and elsewhere). Our delivery options are designed for safety and convenience:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): £12.95 – 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for plants, barbecues, firebowls, or urgent tool needs.

Free Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over £50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for larger orders of perennials, shrubs, seeds, or pots.
Orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is on its way.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Every living plant is handpicked, watered, and secured in specialised plant-safe packaging to ensure it travels in perfect condition. Tools and fragile items are meticulously wrapped. We partner with DHL, FedEx, and EMS for expert handling, prioritising care for living plants throughout the journey.
My plant arrived looking stressed. Is this normal?
Yes, it’s common for plants to experience slight stress during transit. Please give your new green friend a few days to acclimate to its new environment. Provide appropriate light and water as per the care instructions included. If you have concerns beyond normal adjustment, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
Do you charge customs or import duties?
For international orders outside the UK, local customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.

Items must be in original condition. Please note that due to their living nature, plants are subject to specific return conditions—contact us first for guidance.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing, but if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as part of our Longacres Guarantee.
